NOTICE

PAPER SERVICE: No refunds are given.

CITY SERVICE (city limits): $65 Flat Fee PER PERSON. Includes 3 attempts and mileage. Additional attempts on request at $20 per attempt. $30 per additional paper for same person.

RURAL SERVICE (outside city limits): $75 Flat Fee PER PERSON. Included 3 attempts and mileage. Additional attempts on request at $25 per attempt. $30 per additional paper for same person.

S&C EVICTION CITY: $75 Flat Fee PER PERSON. Includes 4 attempts, mileage, with posting and mailing if necessary.

S&C EVICTION RURAL: $85 Flat Fee PER PERSON. Includes 4 attempts, mileage, with posting and mailing if necessary.

SERVICE TO JAIL INMATES: $50
 

Each additional paper for same person: $30

 

WRITS of EVICTION/RESTITUTION:

BASIC EVICTION: CITY: $80 includes up to 1 hour standby for 1 deputy, thereafter $80 per hour for deputy's standby time, per deputy. RURAL: $90 includes up to 1 hour standby for 1 deputy, thereafter $80 per hour for deputy's standby time, per deputy.

EVICTION PLAINTIFF REQUIRES REMOVAL OF TENANTS AND PROPERTY BY SHERIFF: CITY: $150 plus costs (chargeable costs include mileage). RURAL: $200 plus costs (chargeable costs include mileage). Includes up to 1 hour deputy time, thereafter $80 per hour deputy time. $2,500 deposit required. Bond of Indemnity required. A refund will be issued for unused funds.

WRIT of ASSISTANCE: $100 includes up to one hour standby for 1 deputy, thereafter $80 per hour standby time, per deputy.

WRITS of REPLEVIN/EXECUTION: $150 plus costs. Deputy time will be billed at $80 per hour per deputy.

Additional deposit and bond may be required.
 

RESTRAINING ORDERS:

TRO's and subsequent papers for domestic, child abuse, or individual at risk - No Cost

HARASSMENT RESTRAINING ORDERS - Standard charge if a filing fee with the court was paid or no waiver of fees granted.

 

Sheriff Sales & Posting: $150. (No change)

If cancelled, there is no refund

If re-opened, process starts over with another $150
