Douglas County Sheriff's Office Launches Redesigned, Enhanced Website!

The Douglas County Sheriff's Office launched a new redesigned, enhanced website on March 24, 2025, where residents can find the latest information regarding the operations of the Sheriff's Office, as well as inmate bookings, released inmates, most wanted individuals, area sex offenders, and warrants.

The new website, www.sheriffofdouglascountywi.org, continues to serve as an information resource for the public and assists the community with community policing efforts. The responsive design allows site visitors to access the information they want and need from any device (desktop, laptop, tablet, and smartphone) with simple, flexible navigation.

Some of the features and functions on the newly upgraded website include:

      • Alerts: allows the public to sign up to receive alert notifications from the Sheriff's Office via email (notifications via App will be available soon) - including      Employment, General, Inmate Roster, Sheriff's Messages, Most Wanted, Press Releases, Sex Offenders, and Special Alert updates.
      • Contact Form: an online form available to contact the Sheriff's Office via email.
      • Crime Tips Form: an online form allowing users to attach photos, video, audio, or other files while submitting non-emergency crime tips.
