Search Underway in Lakeside For Missing Child

Emergency first-responders including the Douglas County Sheriff's Office, WI DNR, US Coast Guard, several area volunteer fire departments, and others are currently on scene at Lake Superior at the mouth of the Middle River in Lakeside Township searching for a six year old child who went missing in the water.
The 911 call was received at 1:39pm.
