UPDATED - Inmate Death Under investigation

An inmate from the Douglas County Jail was brought to the hospital early this morning with an unknown medical condition. The inmate passed away several hours later.
The matter is currently under investigation. No further information is available at this time.
UPDATE:
The inmate is identified as Bradley I. Poverud, 33, of Superior.
The matter remains under investigation by the Douglas County Sheriff's Office and the WI Dept of Corrections.
